Find out how they achieved this with videos made by their community of customers.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"chap1\"><strong>Discover the product as if you were in a friend\u2019s backyard<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weber wanted a way for&nbsp;<strong>its customers to share their experiences<\/strong>&nbsp;and how they use the products in everyday life.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The brand had two goals: to demonstrate Weber&#8217;s quality through <a href=\"https:\/\/skeepers.io\/us\/blog\/why-is-customer-engagement-a-key-marketing-lever\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">feedback from actual customers<\/a> and&nbsp;<strong>to present the many features of the products<\/strong>&nbsp;through&nbsp;<strong>simple demos anyone can access<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"099a\"><strong>A platform for automating community generated videos<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"chap2\">The solution? Weber implemented SKEEPERS&#8217;s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/skeepers.io\/fr\/solution-user-generated-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video Creator Platform<\/a>\u201d to engage its community and encourage them to make videos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With this solution, the brand can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>identify the best customer profiles&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>walk users through the video creation process&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>automatically optimize the videos for e-commerce&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>automatically post them on product pages and social media&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyze the impact of the videos on conversion rates and sales figures&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"099a\"><strong>A community of BBQ lovers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"chap3\">To recruit its ambassadors the brand turned to its email list and to social media where its community is highly engaged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Within just a few days, the site received 120 casting videos from some 590 people who signed up to become ambassadors, with&nbsp;<strong>a sign-up rate of 51%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/skeepers.io\/app\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Facebook-Weber-984x1024-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-73\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ambassadors got to share their experiences on video via the <a href=\"https:\/\/skeepers.io\/us\/blog\/user-generated-content-rules-to-engage-your-communities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">user-generated content<\/a> platform of SKEEPERS.
