Why did you receive an email from Verified Reviews ?

 

The Customer of Verified Reviews would like to know your experience as a consumer of one or more of its products that you have purchased and/or as a beneficiary of one or more of its services that it has been delivered to you, based on its legitimate interest, as authorised by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 for the UK citizens. For US citizens, please refer to your local/federal laws. If the Customer has chosen to obtain your consent, it has been obtained prior to sending this email.
The Customer, as the data controller, has called upon Verified Reviews, its processor, to collect your Review and has communicated to us some of your personal data (surname, first name, email address and/or phone number, order reference, date of order, product purchased, place of purchase if purchased in store) for this purpose. You have been informed of the transfer of your data on the Customer’s website, where you will also find their contact details. Unless you request deletion, Verified Reviews will keep your data for 18 months from the filing of your Review, or 3 months from the sending of this email, if you do not submit any Review. Then your data will be anonymized. Your data is shared with our internal departments dedicated to managing customer reviews and the subprocessors required to provide the service. Verified Reviews is in no way commercial prospecting (advertising message) but a customer experience survey provider.

 

You can exercise your rights of access, deletion, opposition, modification, limitation and portability at any time by writing to the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of Verified Reviews at privacy@skeepers.io. You have the option of lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority
