Our Customer Success Managers are committed to ensuring that you get the maximum value from our solutions. Their role is to identify your challenges and meet your needs from the get-go, so that you can achieve your objectives and implement an ROI strategy. They will also detect any other needs we can help you with.

Steering committees and periodic reviews

Your Customer Success Manager will organize steering committees to ensure that your project is moving in the right direction, review your KPIs and provide you with any additional advice. They will also present the new platform features developed by the Group, as well as those to come. You can share your feedback and needs during these meetings.

Workshops, events & exclusive content

Your Customer Success Manager will be in regular contact with you and invite you to take part in workshops and events to help you optimize your strategy and meet your peers. Your Customer Success Manager will also share exclusive content, such as white papers and case studies on topics of interest to you.
